Attorney Benjamin M. Dodgen, proudly continues the Dodgen Law family tradition. Leading the firm with the same dedication and compassion that defined the

Dodgen name for nearly 40 years.

 

Ben studied Law at Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. He has been a member of our local community for the majority of his life.

After attending Blanchard Elementary, Blackmon Road Middle School, and Shaw High School, Ben then pursued his higher education in Orlando, Florida. After completing his associate's degree, he returned home to Columbus State where he completed his BA in Political Science. 

Ben brings a fresh perspective and modern approach while maintaining the same strong values with the same trusted name.

Tiffany brings over eight years of experience in the legal field and holds a bachelor’s degree. As Head Paralegal, she works closely alongside the attorney, focusing primarily on domestic matters and supporting clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions. She provides compassionate guidance, strong attention to detail, and clear communication every step of the way, taking pride in helping clients feel informed, prepared, and supported throughout their case. Fluent in French and a devoted mother of two, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and traveling the world with her husband outside of work.

Emma Dorminey
Junior Paralegal

Emma is the Junior Paralegal who brings both academic achievement and practical experience to the firm’s civil practice. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Georgia Military College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science to further develop her legal knowledge and skillset.

As the firm’s Case Manager for civil matters, she works closely with the attorney at law to oversee cases from intake through resolution, ensuring each matter is handled efficiently and with careful attention to detail. She supports the attorney, the head paralegal, and clients by maintaining organized case files, facilitating clear communication, and contributing to the smooth progression of each case.

With a strong work ethic and a commitment to professional growth, Emma is dedicated to providing reliable and effective support while continuing to expand her expertise within the legal field.

Probate, Estates & Civil Matters 

Natalie serves as the Legal Operations Coordinator at Dodgen Law, where she plays an integral role in managing medical malpractice cases and supporting clients through complex legal matters. Beyond her case work, Natalie oversees daily operations, financial coordination, and internal systems to ensure the firm runs efficiently. She is also actively involved in community outreach, helping build meaningful connections and extend the firm’s impact beyond the office.

Lisa Dodgen
Nurse Consultant

After graduating from Lagrange College in 1982, Mrs. Dodgen began her Nursing career working in Surgical Intensive Care at West Ga Medical Center. Additional Nursing experience includes Telemetry, Med. Surg., Employee Health for AFLAC, Director of Quality Assurance , Ask a Nurse community health, and Nursing Administration in a Long Term Care setting.

This wide range of experience has equipped Mrs. Dodgen with the skills needed to conduct interviews and record reviews for potential mal practice cases. Preliminary reviews by a nurse provides valuable assistance to the attorney and client as to how to proceed with such cases.
